- Covers 13 job families and 7 seniority levels, with STAR/PARADE, 1–5 scoring anchors, and cultural adjustments for Taiwanese and East Asian workplaces.
- Uses only the Python standard library and runs with uv; guarded by 93 smoke tests and 46 trigger-evaluation queries (15 in Chinese).
