Contributed a Java toolchain and runtime fixes to a local-first compiler and deterministic runner that runs in the browser or on native servers.

Added an opt-in Java WASI toolchain and adjusted CI so the Java toolchain can be published.

Fixed redirected standard I/O and QuickJS stdin handling in the runtime, and browser-side execution under a strict CSP.
